How much do you charge?
Our services are charged at fixed rates ranging from £34.99 - £49.99. Further details can be found on our prices page.

PC Caretaker provides support throughout Manchester and Cheshire. This
includes - Altrincham, Hale, Sale, Timperley, Bowden, Manchester,
Manchester City Centre, Trafford, Prestwich, Salford Quays, Worsley,
Chorlton, Didsbury, Fallowfield, Withington, Stockport, Alderley Edge,
Wilmslow, Heaton Moor, Heaton Chapel, Bramhall, Poynton, Hazel Grove,
Bredbury, Hyde, Cheadle, Marple, Prestbury and Knutsford.
Is there a call-out fee to pay?
We do not charge a call out fee.
How long do the services take?
Most services are completed within an hour. More complex jobs can
sometimes take longer than an hour (for example, network set-up or PC
installation)
although we will always inform you of the estimated timescale before a job is undertaken.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept payment in cash or cheque. You will be given a full receipt.
Do you charge travel costs?
No, all travel costs are included in the price.
What if the engineer is unable to repair my PC?
We aim to solve all your PC problems. If we are unable to fix your PC you will have nothing to pay.
How experienced are your engineers?
Our engineers are Microsoft trained and have worked in IT support for over 10 years.
Do you repair laptops?
We can fix software related problems and some hardware issues with
laptops. Please contact us and we will advise if we can assist.
Do you repair Printers/Monitors/Scanners?
We can only carry out software related repairs to printers, monitors
and scanners - driver or installation problems. We do not repair
printer, monitor or scanner hardware problems.
